Looked for and not confirmed
- A yearly night limit. None found in the by-law.
- A rule to show the licence number on listings. None found for owners in the by-law.
- Whether a given stay was booked through a platform that remits the tax. Owners file only for the rest, so the app does not track Vaughan tax deadlines; check them by hand if you take direct bookings.
- Amendments after April 7, 2025. The City warns its consolidation may lag behind recent amendments.
